We are looking for someone who enjoys baking, is able to keep themselves busy, is a quick learner and has the ability to adapt to a timeline that completes the program daily. Previous experience working in a bakery, restaurant, or food service environment is highly preferred Responsibilities: Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, pies, and other baked goods.. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production requirements.. Operate ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, proofers, and other baking equipment safely.. Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.. Maintain consistent quality, appearance, taste, and freshness of products.. Prepare ingredients and organize workstations before production.. Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.. Package, label, and display finished products appropriately.. Follow production schedules and complete orders on time.
