This role involves handling inbound sales, following up with customers, managing customer accounts, and supporting our front desk. The ideal candidate has packaging industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to recommend suitable products while providing excellent customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packaging products.. Prepare accurate quotations, enter sales orders, and follow up on outstanding quotes.. Maintain regular contact with existing customers to encourage repeat business.. Reconnect with inactive customers and identify new sales opportunities.. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate contact detail
