Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate Health care aide/seniors care giver to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our clients out of their private homes with personal care and daily activities and provide emotional support. Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and toileting. Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals under care. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other team members Skills: Experience in home care, patient care, or caregiving is preferred. Knowledge of assisted living or nursing home procedures is a plus. Ability to lift and move patients safely when required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and their families. Understanding of hospice care principles is advantageous. Jo
