Wyatt Investments Ltd is an investment company that owns a portfolio of operating entities, including the following. Farmland Realty Group is a REALTOR advisory practice brokered by RE/MAX Crown Real Estate, specializing in Saskatchewan farmland. We also own Firesky Resorts Ltd., an 88-site seasonal RV resort at Rowan's Ravine Provincial Park expanding to 125 sites. We're seeking a sharp, discreet Executive Assistant to keep transactions, correspondence and outside relationships running smoothly. What you'll do: Prepare listing documents, CMA packages and marketing materials; Maintain MLS/Matrix listings Track contract dates (conditions, deposits, possession) and coordinate trust deposits with the brokerage Schedule showings, inspections and signing's; draft client correspondence prior to REALTOR review.
