*Fleetwood Pharmacy Remedy's RX* has an opening for a *part-time pharmacist* at our Surrey, BC location. We are a community-focused pharmacy known for our patient-first approach and supportive team environment. No evenings. 3-4 days off every week KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Check prescriptions for accuracy.. Counsel on prescription and OTC medications.. Provide clinical services such medication reviews, vaccination and prescription adaptation, In Home patient's visits. Collaborate with other healthcare providers ( Family Physicians, Nurse practitioners, Fraser health authority, Hospital discharge team). NO OAT/NO METHADONE QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Pharmacy..
