Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Plan and control budget and inventory. Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies. Hire, train and supervise staff. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain inventory of supplies.
