Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Overnight Baker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our baking team in the baking production of all breads, pizzas and pastries for the day, as well as preparing desserts and other products for future days. You will work in a fast-paced bakery environment, ensuring that all food safety standards are met and that each item is made to perfection, as per the recipe, process and standards.
