Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Overnight Baker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our baking team in the baking production of all breads, pizzas and pastries for the day, as well as preparing desserts and other products for future days. You will work in a fast-paced bakery environment, ensuring that all food safety standards are met and that each item is made to perfection, as per the recipe, process and stadnards. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. *Above intermediate experience with high hydration doughs and sourdough baking is strongly recommended, the products we make here are for experienced hands so you must have the experience or at least the drive to learn and improve.* Shifts Available: Sunday - 11:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m. (could be as late as 11:00 a.m). Monday - 1:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (could be as late as 1:00 p.m). Tuesday - 1:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
