Work Description/Duties: Build and establish long term relationships with children and families. Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children. Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians. Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment. Willingness to be on child level co-learning, co-researching, and co-imagining with children throughout the day.. Utilize computerized systems for record keeping and communication. Daily cleaning of classrooms and set up for next day; maintaining clean space throughout the day. Requirements: Time management skills to effectively plan and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in computer skills for record keeping and communication purposes. Strong orga
