We're looking for an experienced credit professional to join our team as a Business Credit Adjudication Specialist. In this role, you will provide independent credit adjudication, risk assessment, and constructive challenge for complex commercial and agricultural lending requests. You'll help support quality portfolio growth while maintaining strong credit discipline, sound underwriting practices, and alignment with approved credit policy, delegated authorities, enterprise risk appetite, and regulatory expectations. How you'll be spending your time: - Independently adjudicating complex and higher-risk commercial and agricultural credit applications, renewals, amendments, and annual reviews. - Providing objective second line challenge and balanced risk assessment on lending requests. - Reviewing financial information, including historical and projected financial statements, cash flow, liquidity, leverage, and debt service ability. - Assessing collateral security, guarantor strength, cov
