-Prepare and cook full meals or individual dishes, ensuring quality and taste. -Accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances by preparing safe and customized dishes.-Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.-Train kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and proper handling procedures.-Supervise and manage kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations.-Oversee inventory management and keep accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.-Manage overall kitchen operations, including workflow and efficiency.
