Drone Technician

Summary: The ICT Technician provides comprehensive technical support and contributes to the reliable operation and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including end-user technology, network systems, structured cabling, IT/OT environments, cybersecurity, hardware, software, and manufacturing systems. Reporting to the ICT Manager, this role liaises with all internal departments to keep IT systems running smoothly across the Huron Park plant. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical support using ticketing/help-desk systems, ensuring incidents and service requests are accurately documented and resolved in a timely manner.. Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, including user and computer accounts, security groups, permissions, and Group Policy.. Perform IT onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup, equipment deployment, access management, and equipment recovery.. Conduct IT training and orientation sessions for end use
