Overview: We are looking to hire a talented Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operational management of our low-rise multi-residential properties located in downtown Toronto. The manager will be tasked with addressing tenant concerns, collecting rent and dealing with maintenance. Responsibilities for Property Manager: Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and rental units. Coordinate ongoing & preventative maintenance and inspections within designated budgets. Select quality tenants through interviews and background checks. Collect rent. Maintain and grow online business & rental advertising presence. Address tenant complaints and problems. Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files.
