Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for placing rebar, shaping, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces to create durable, high-quality structures. Duties: Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers to achieve a polished surface. Set forms and molds accurately according to blueprints and schematics for precise concrete placement. Install rebar reinforcement and perform masonry tasks to strengthen concrete structures. Operate heavy equipment like mixers, screeds, and power trowels to ensure efficient workflow. Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project specifications and plan finishing procedures accordingly Qualifications: Proven experience in concrete finishing or related construction roles with a strong understanding of concrete forming and curing processes.
