Part-time junior bookkeeper needed at entertainment production company.. Hours are flexible, starts ASAP. Rate based on experience.. Training will be provided- this is a great opportunity to those looking to get into entertainment bookkeeping. Qualifications: MUST HAVE experience with Quickbooks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Able to work with hard copies. Experience in Entertainment Bookkeeping is a BIG asset Responsibilities: Assist accounting department. Entries in Quickbooks. Manage day-to-day books in Quickbooks. Matching and preparing slips and paperwork. Assist in managing accounts payable. Process invoices and make sure they are paid on time. Assist in managing accounts receivable. Review bank statements for accuracy Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress.
