Job Summary: O?Shanter Development is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming properties, primarily at the Brentwood Towers complex. Reporting to the Property Manager and Director of Property Management, the Groundskeeper will care for landscaped areas and water features, keep grounds and common areas clean, assist with snow and ice removal, and perform routine maintenance tasks. The role also includes monitoring visitor parking, reporting hazards or property damage, and occasionally supporting other O?Shanter properties.. The ideal candidate works well independently, follows instructions, and is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Familiarity with basic landscaping tools and equipment, or a willingness to learn, is essential, along with the ability to perform the physical duties of the role, with accommodation where required.
