Design Technologist - Drafting

Mainstay is looking for an Intermediate Drafting Technologist, Civil/Structural to join our growing multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will support current and future projects by developing accurate, coordinated civil and structural drawings and design documentation. Working alongside engineers and project team members, you will translate engineering concepts, calculations, specifications and technical direction into high-quality project deliverables. What Youll Do Prepare civil and structural drawings, plans, sections, details and layouts from engineering concepts, calculations, specifications and sketches. Develop civil and structural deliverables including site layouts, grading plans, foundations, concrete details and structural steel drawings.Use CAD and BIM/design software to prepare, revise and coordinate project drawings and models.
