Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office. Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic medical records system. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Collect and update patient information in the system. Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims. Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
