Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Scan and bag items efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Answer customer questions and provide product information. Upsell products and promote special offers. Process returns and exchanges. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner Qualifications: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills. Experience in technical sales or retail sales is a plus. Ability to upsell and promote products effectively. Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system. Excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders.
