Come grow with us. Let's Eat! Job Details: We are looking for a Sr. Sous Chef to take a hands on approach, lead by example,while supervising daily back of house restaurant operations. Sr. Sous chef responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time. Ultimately, you will ensure all plates are properly cooked and served and our guests have a memorable dining experience. Although we have an established menu, our Sr. Sous Chef will grow and develop our Catering menus, take and bake meals and Market place offerings.
