Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager helps lead the daily operations of PeakFine Restaurant and Barrique & Java. This includes overseeing two distinct dining experiences at PeakFine?our complimentary à la carte breakfast and refined evening service?as well as the operations of our coffee shop and wine bar.. This is a hands-on leadership role, with approximately 70% of your time spent on the floor supporting service, guiding the team and engaging with guests, and 30% focused on administrative and operational responsibilities. You will act as second-in-command within the department and lead the operation in
