Job Description Job Description The Forklift Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility and warehouse. Standard shifts are 8 hours; shifts may regularly extend to 10-12 hours based on business demands. Some Saturdays may be required and are compensated at applicable overtime rates. Requirements Valid forklift certification with experience operating counterbalance forklifts; Raymond Reach Truck experience is considered an asset. Will be required during hiring process. Driver A-Z license considered a benefit. Minimum 1-2 years of forklift operating experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to lift to 25 kg (55 lbs) when required. Ability to safely perform repetitive bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling tasks. Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods. Strong attention to deta
