Assistant Manager - Retail

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations. The Assistant Manager will: Lead and manage shifts and team members. Train, coach, and support staff. Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety. Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control. Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues. Complete opening and closing procedures. Take responsibility for the restaurant when the General Manager is not present. Support sales, promotions, and overall restaurant performance. Previous restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is responsible, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
