Prepare, heat and finish simple food items. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables. Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
