Construction Project Manager

Job Summary: Job Description: As Construction Project Manager, you will be expected to:. ? - Provide skilled assistance to builders in planning and organizing building projects by interpreting and carrying out the directions of project managers and designers.. ? - Interpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice in order to direct the progress of work and monitor compliance with construction documents.. ? - Arrange supply of material and equipment.. ? - Draw up detailed programs for site works and the coordination of building workers, and record variations from design drawings or specifications.. ? - Communicate with managers and designer regarding variations or issues with plans.. ? - Proactively communicate with project managers, architect, engineer, laborers, subcontractors and building officials.. ? - Be responsible for health & safety provisions coordination on some sites.. ? - Coordinate on-site contractors.. ? - Manage time scheduling and provide updates on progress
