Languages: French Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting: Large volume bakery Tasks: Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials. Provide customer service. Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers. Feed and unload processing machines. Check products and packaging for basic quality defects. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Weigh materials and goods. Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods. Work with minimal supervision. Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
