Medical Receptionist - Diagnostic Imaging Clinic (Greater Niagara Medical Imaging) including new MRI/CT clinic. We are looking for an experienced, responsible and knowledgeable individual as a receptionist at our expanding medical imaging facility with CT and MRI.. Expanded hours would include days, evenings and weekends.. Location: St. Catharines, ON Responsibilities include but not limited to: Scheduling appointments and preparing patients for their medical imaging procedure. Registering patients for their procedure. Answering phone calls and checking voicemails. Scanning and assigning paper work to the radiologists for dictation. Billing through PACS (selecting appropriate procedures according to the referring physician's orders and make adjustments if necessary). Effectively communicate with technologists, patients, referring physicians and radiologists. Organize and prioritize tasks at hand. Follow departmental protocol. Able to work independently and as a team. Able to cover sick
