_Hensall Co-op is seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral member of our team! The Credit Manager will manage the daily activities of the AR/Credit Department, liaise with partners, conduct credit reviews and establish credit limits, and provide exceptional service to our customers and members. This a full-time position at our Hensall location._ Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the daily activities of the AR/Credit Department. Ensure all team members understand the credit and collections policies and procedures.. Conduct credit reviews of new and existing customers to determine credit worthiness, establish credit limits for both Domestic and Export accounts.. Resolve credit related issues with customers.. Collect all overdue accounts, collection accounts and previously written off accounts.. Work collaboratively with sales staff to resolve outstanding account issues.. Provide personable and professional customer service experience to customers, members, and investors..
