Position Title: Pharmacy Assistant Location: Toronto, Ontario Part Time Position: 1-2 days per week Job Summary: The Pharmacy Assistant will assist with all functions related to the technical processes related to dispensing prescriptions, assisting in the delivery of various services while delivering excellent customer experience in this customer facing role. The assistant will also play an active role in the operations and maintenance of the pharmacy. Principal Responsibilities: The Candidate Will Need To know How to: ? Interact with customers, ensuring prescription information is handled appropriately and in line with the operating procedures. ? Refer to the pharmacist all clinical inquiries. This includes, but is not limited to, inquiries related to medication use and recommendations (including prescriptions, OTC's, and restricted sale products), diseases and conditions, or other inquiries. ? Cashing out customers prescriptions and other goods/services which may have been purchased.
