Design Technologist - Drafting

Mainstay is looking for an Intermediate Drafting Technologist, Electrical to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role will support our Electrical Engineering Lead and project teams with drafting and electrical design activities across current and future projects. You will translate engineering concepts, calculations, specifications and technical direction into accurate, coordinated project deliverables while independently managing assigned drafting responsibilities. What Youll Do Prepare electrical drawings, plans, schematics, single-line diagrams, layouts and details from engineering concepts, calculations, specifications and markups.Use CAD and design software to develop, revise and maintain accurate, high-quality project drawings and documentation. Prepare electrical deliverables including equipment layouts, cable routing, cable schedules and other design documentation.Support BIM development and multidisciplinary design coordination, where applicable.
