Salary: $110,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually

Position Summary: The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for manufacturing and process engineering at the plant, and for the continuous improvement work that meets production, quality and budget goals. The role manages the manufacturing engineering team, works with Program Management on launches, and makes the technical decisions on equipment, tooling and process. Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing and Process Engineering Lead the development, evaluation and implementation of manufacturing processes and techniques that raise productivity and quality while reducing cost. Collaborate with Program Managers on product launches: equipment and tooling planning, floor layout, lean manufacturing implementation, and initial production planning. Own the technical documentation released to the floor, and keep it current as processes change.
