Project Manager (Town Hall) - Temporary Full-Time (2-year contract) The Town of Tillsonburg is looking for a Project Manager (Town Hall) who would be responsible for the overall planning, procurement, administration, and delivery of the Town's Consolidated Town Hall Project. The position acts as the Town's project lead and owner's representative throughout all phases of the project, including design, procurement, contract administration, construction, occupancy, and project close-out. The current approved project consists of the renovation and modernization of the Customer Service Centre into a consolidated Town Hall with an estimated construction value of approximately $6 million, utilizing a Design-Build delivery model under a CCDC 14 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract.
