Job Description: Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented Buyer / Expeditor to manage purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and delivery schedules. You'll play a key role in keeping materials available, orders on time, and ERP records accurate in a fast-paced supply chain environment. What You'll Do Create and release purchase orders and obtain supplier confirmations. Track orders, delivery dates, quantities, and supplier commitments. Follow up on late or past-due deliveries and resolve issues quickly. Maintain accurate ERP data, including pricing, dates, and quantities. Help resolve receiving, invoice, and supplier discrepancies. Escalate material shortages and supplier concerns. Support RFQs, sourcing activities, and procurement requests. Ensure purchasing follows approved suppliers, contracts, and pricing.
