Salary: $24.00 to $26.00 hourly

Job description: Supervise and coordinate daily greenhouse labour activities and workflow. Oversee greenhouse employees to ensure harvesting is completed accurately and efficiently, as directed; verify completion. Lead teams in crop work such as *planting, lowering, harvesting, and sanitation*. Monitor productivity, labour hours, production volumes, and employee performance through the company's labour and productivity software system.. Train new employees and coach staff on proper work methods and safety. Assist with ensuring that the Greenhouse conforms to all Food Safety, and Health and Safety requirements.. Communicate issues related to crop health, quality, and labour needs to management. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area. Assist with reviewing greenhouse needs and opportunities for improvement.. Monitor plant conditions and report any concerns to the Grower/Assistant grower..
