Description of Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares meals for detoxification clients, Centre staff, Board meetings and other occasions as required. Orders supplies within the allotted budget, and maintaining inventory control. Maintains order and cleanliness of kitchen facilities and dining area. Prepares meals ahead for weekends and holidays. Collects money for staff meals
