Associations and non profit organizations Tasks: Administrative and office activities. Perform administrative tasks. Conduct social research. Conduct individual and group counselling sessions. Establish registry of special needs support workers. Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients. Develop service intervention logic models and outcome measures. Maintain program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings. Offer mentoring. Supervise peer counselling programs. Prepare funding and grant applications and proposals. Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: First Aid Certif
