Each night, our stage will have live crooners, jazz and big band performing classics; it's dinner and a show all in one; the cat's meow! THE JOB: We are seeking a mature, experienced, and career-driven *SOUS CHEF *to join our new & exciting team!. Reporting to the Owner, the *SOUS CHEF *will be responsible for assisting in leading the entire kitchen operation, the team and maintaining food quality, consistency, inventory and cost. The ideal candidate would have been in similar role for at least 5 years and have 3 years of management experience. DUTIES
