What You'll Do. Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing and grooming. Provide mobility and transfer assistance. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required. Provide medication reminders/assistance according to the care plan. Perform light housekeeping and laundry. Provide companionship and meaningful support. Document care and report changes or concerns. Follow individualized client care plans. What We're Looking For. Health Care Aide certification or equivalent preferred. Previous home care or caregiving experience. Experience with seniors, dementia and/or individuals with disabilities is an asset. Reliable, compassionate and professional. Strong co
