Reporting to the Manager, Talent & HR Programs, the Human Resources Consultant provides comprehensive human resources advice and support to the unit leaders across the organization. This role contributes to talent acquisition, employee engagement and development, employee relations, and the continuous enhancement of HR programs, policies and practices that support CI Cs strategic priorities. In this role you will:-Partner with unit leadership to provide advice and consultation for CI Cs ongoing people needs, while supporting the development and delivery of HR programs and services for the organization and the broader Crown sector. -Assist with the staffing and recruitment process, including working with managers to address vacancies, develop recruitment postings, interview guides, and assessment tools and facilitate the interview, offer and onboarding process.-Provide support to leadership in the development of job evaluation materials including job profiles and job descriptions.-Provi
