Head office. Financial management/services Tasks: Evaluate daily operations. Identifying and investigating compliance issues. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Establish and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control. Oversee the preparation of reports. Advise senior management. Leading/instructing groups. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment and other banking services and attract corporate and individual customers. Manage cash. Variance analysis. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Coordinate the organization’s financial operations and budget activities in order to optimize fi
