Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that manufacturing activities run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize supply chain workflows, and uphold the highest standards of quality control. The ideal candidate will be very organized and possess strong mechanical knowledge. Expertise in machining, cylindrical grinding and thermal spray (HVOF) would be an asset.
