Junior IT Support Specialist – Full-time, Permanent – Acton, ON Monday to Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | 52 Futura Drive, Acton The Junior IT Support Specialist plays an important role in keeping Fraser Direct connected, productive, and moving forward. As a member of our IT team, you’ll provide responsive front-line support across the business, with a strong focus on helping team members have the technology and support they need to get the job done well. From troubleshooting a device or resolving a software issue to setting up new equipment and helping people navigate technology, you’ll make a difference in the day-to-day experience of our teams.
