Fit and weld assemblies of varying complication.. 2. Ability to work with various types of materials and fabrication types including structural steel and miscellaneous metals in steel, stainless steel and/or aluminum.. 3. Promote safe material handling and a safe working environment.. 4. Create and use jigs to increase efficiency and quality.. 5. Begin with the end in mind. Prepare, simplify and sub-itemize assemblies to our team up for success down the line.. 6. Monitor progress, quality, and timing, making necessary adjustments to meet and exceed production targets.. 7. Hone expertise working both independently and as part of a fabrication team.. 8.
