SUMMARY: We offer free staff accommodation up to one year.: The successful candidate should have a broad range of experience in basic electrical work, plumbing, appliance repair, painting, carpentry, and general building and grounds maintenance to support the care and upkeep of guest villas, resort buildings, the recreation centre, and mechanical rooms. This position requires standing, sitting, walking, lifting, reaching, learning, problem solving, and interacting with other employees and guests through out the workday. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and work on assigned projects and guest maintenance repair requests..
