Duties and responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with clients and employers to develop individualized action plans and offer effective employment supports, relevant to the client and their employer. - Complete worksite/task analysis in order to understand worksite duties and develop training plans that accommodate individual learning needs. - Provide individualized on-the-job training to develop independent work skills (hard skills, work habits and/or workplace integration) and responsible role modelling.- Build and maintain positive relationships with employers to ensure understanding of their needs, providing strategies that will assist them in supporting their employee while achieving business outcomes.- Provide disability education to employers and their staff to ensure that each client is well understood and respected in the workplace.- Provide job carving and development recommendations
