The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting and administering a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR administration, policy implementation, and health and safety compliance. The HR Generalist serves as a trusted resource for employees and management, ensuring HR practices align with company policies, employment legislation, and organizational objectives.. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
