Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements. Utilize quantity take-off procedures. Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Carpenter Trade Certification Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Word Transportation/travel information: Own transportation Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
