YTHY Inc. (Yorkton Transitional Homes for Youth Inc.) is currently looking to employ a Female Support worker. YTHY INC Female Support Worker follows the directions of the Executive Director to support each youths successful transition into independence. This Support Worker will be on a Full Time Basis,The Female Support workers major mandate is to fulfill the Ministry of Social Services requirement help one on one with a female youth with online schooling and other day to day activities. Other key responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, monitoring youth performance, submitting reports, modeling positive decision making and behaviour, as well as following the Youth Centered Services Policy and Procedure Manual. Duties Include:- being a positive role model to the youth - preparing or helping to prepare meals- assuring youth are at scheduled appointments or work on time (this may include giving a ride to and from)- assuring that house rules are followed- documenting activiti
