*Andalusia Speech Therapy* is looking for a part-time or full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our 55 Erb Street East location in Waterloo! Our Mission: Help others communicate by providing quality speech therapy to individuals of all ages, economic and cultural backgrounds, and geographical locations, and participate as active members of our communities.. As a Speech Language Pathologist, the successful candidate will:. Conduct informal assessments and provide therapy to pre-school, school aged, teen, and adult clients. We provide services in all areas of speech therapy except for swallowing (caseload: 80% pediatric, 20% adult). Write reports using our report templates. Write therapy progress notes using the EMR system - Jane app. Collaborate with Speech Therapy Assistants. Report to Clinical Mentor. Attend weekly mentoring sessions. Participate in team discussions/collaborations. This is a clinic-based position with the possibility of some home visits and online appointments
