Tapagria Spanish Tapas Restaurant: We are a Spanish Tapas style restaurant and bar. Our goal is to bring authentic Spanish dishes and a vibrant dining experience to the suburbs of Toronto. Some of the features will include an open kitchen, fresh seafood, private dining, imported ingredients, and sangria menu. Summary: This position is great for someone with the background in cooking and who is looking to gain experience in a new cuisine. Under the guidance and supervision of the head chef you'll be prepping and cooking in various different stations of the kitchen.. As a cook of the restaurant some of your key duties and responsibilities under the guidance of the head chef/sous-chefs would include:. Doing prep work for any of the stations in the restaurant.
